Ratu Fijian Rum x Alchemist Mixology

Alchemist Mixology was tasked with conceiving and creating the best cocktail pairings for each of the flavors of Ratu Fijian Rum for a product showcasing event at the Bottle O Conference. The event was held at a conference center and featured tastings and demonstrations of the rum and its cocktail pairings.

The Challenge

One of the challenges of this event was finding the best cocktail pairings for each of the flavors of Ratu Fijian Rum. We wanted to create pairings that would highlight the unique flavors and characteristics of the rum and create a memorable tasting experience for attendees.

The Alchemist Approach

To meet this challenge, our team experimented with a variety of ingredients and techniques to create unique and flavorful cocktail pairings for each of the flavors of Ratu Fijian Rum. We also provided tastings and demonstrations of the rum and its cocktail pairings at the event, allowing attendees to try the pairings and learn more about the rum. The event was a success, with attendees raving about the delicious cocktail pairings and the high-quality of the Ratu Fijian Rum.
